Every project we complete is meticulously inspected before handover, and we guarantee our workmanship and materials against defects for the durations outlined below.

This warranty applies to all residential and commercial projects undertaken by TimberCraft Pro after January 1, 2018. Original property owners and valid transferees are eligible for coverage when all terms are met.

All new clients automatically receive a Warranty Registration Certificate upon project completion. Ensure you fill out the contact details and keep it in a safe place. You can also register or verify your warranty using the form below.
What if I move? Is the warranty transferable?
Yes, most coverage tiers can be transferred once to the new property owner. Contact us within 30 days of closing to update the warranty registration. Structural lifetime warranties remain with the original owner.
How long does the claims process take?
From initial contact to resolution, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Simple repairs are often completed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Do I need to pay for travel or inspection fees?
No. All initial inspections, assessments, and approved warranty repairs are provided at no cost to you as part of our guarantee.
What if the issue involves a manufacturer's defect?
We will handle the manufacturer claim on your behalf. Our team will coordinate replacements or refunds and cover any labor costs associated with installation or repair.
