Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2-3 days for the funds to appear in your account. Luxury Flex bookings often enjoy instant refunds.
Can I change my dates instead of cancelling?
Yes! Date changes are often more flexible than cancellations. For Luxury Flex bookings, date changes are free. For Standard and Non-Refundable bookings, a fee may apply depending on availability. Contact our concierge team for assistance.
What happens in case of a medical emergency?
We understand emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies, we may offer exceptions to our standard policy upon receipt of valid documentation. If you purchased travel insurance, please file a claim with your provider for full reimbursement.

If you booked through a partner agency or third-party site, please contact them directly for cancellations. VoyageLux can only process refunds for bookings made directly through our platform. We can assist with coordination if needed.

Force Majeure refers to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or pandemics. In such events, VoyageLux works closely with guests to offer rebooking options or credits. Cash refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
