3. Permitted Use
You may use Webui to design, build, and deploy web interfaces in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, reverse engineering, distributing malware, scraping our platform, or violating third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, code, and design elements of the Webui platform are owned by Webui or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your generated projects remain your property, but you grant Webui a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and deliver them on our infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
Webui is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or inability to access it.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy, except where legal obligations require otherwise.
DMCA & Copyright Policy
Webui respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly respond to notices of alleged infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or made available on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice to our designated agent with the following:
