  • βœ“ Standard orders can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • βœ“ Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • βœ“ Custom-branded or printed items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged in transit.
  • βœ“ Bulk/wholesale orders follow a separate volume return agreement specified in your contract.
  • βœ“ Perishable or food-contact single-use items opened after delivery cannot be returned for safety compliance.
Important: Always include your RMA number on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA will be rejected or delayed.

  • βœ“ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • βœ“ Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after warehouse inspection.
  • βœ“ Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after approval.
  • βœ“ Partial returns are accepted; refunds will be prorated based on returned quantity.
