At Cup Source, we are committed to protecting the personal and business information of our customers, partners, and website visitors. This policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data.

We collect information you provide directly, including but not limited to: business name, contact details, shipping addresses, order history, payment information (processed securely via third-party PCI-compliant gateways), and communication preferences.

Data Security
All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.
2. Terms of Service
By accessing or purchasing from Cup Source, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility & Accounts
Our services are primarily B2B. Business accounts must be verified with valid tax/VAT information where applicable. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to purchase on behalf of your organization.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Wholesale pricing may vary based on volume, custom specifications, and market conditions. Payment terms (Net 30, credit card, or wire transfer) are agreed upon at account setup. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Intellectual Property
Custom designs submitted by clients remain the property of the client. Cup Source retains a limited license to produce and store digital artwork for reorders. Misuse of Cup Source branding or product imagery without written permission is prohibited.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of wholesale packaging and custom-printed goods, our return policy follows industry standards for B2B supply chains.
Standard Products
Non-custom stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the items arrived defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
Custom & Branded Orders
Custom-printed cups, bowls, and packaging are considered made-to-order and are non-refundable once production begins, unless we fail to meet agreed specifications. Minor color variations (±5% Pantone tolerance) are acceptable under industry printing standards.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Report any shipping damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details. We will issue a replacement or credit at no additional cost.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Cup Source partners with reputable freight and courier providers to ensure timely delivery of wholesale orders.
Processing Times
- Stock items: Ship within 1–2 business days
- Custom orders: 7–14 business days (depending on complexity and quantity)
Delivery Estimates
Transit times vary by destination and service level. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. International shipments may require customs clearance and additional transit time.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the named carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value or time-sensitive orders. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
5. Quality & Warranty Guarantee
Every product leaving our facility undergoes quality control checks to ensure compliance with FDA food-contact standards and ISO 9001 manufacturing protocols.
Product Warranty
Cup Source warrants that all materials are free from manufacturing defects and fit their intended commercial use. Our warranty covers structural integrity, leak resistance (within normal usage parameters), and material composition accuracy.
Limitations
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or use outside recommended temperature ranges. Eco-friendly biodegradable products are subject to natural degradation timelines and should be stored in cool, dry conditions.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
We strive to resolve all issues amicably and promptly. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
Mediation & Arbitration
Claims not resolved through direct communication will be subject to binding mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in the state of the company’s principal place of business.
Governing Law
These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
