PP Drinkware FAQ

Everything you need to know about our polypropylene product line, customization, and logistics.

Is PP safe for hot beverages? +

Yes. Polypropylene is highly heat-resistant and can safely hold hot liquids up to 210°F (99°C) without warping or leaching chemicals. It's FDA-approved for direct food contact and BPA-free.

How does PP compare to PET or PS? +

PP is more durable and heat-resistant than PET or Polystyrene (PS). Unlike PS, it doesn't become brittle in cold temperatures. It's also fully recyclable (#5 plastic), making it more sustainable than many alternatives.

Can I customize the design or printing? +

Absolutely. We offer full-color flexographic printing, screen printing, and custom molds. Minimum order quantities vary based on complexity, but standard logo printing starts at 5,000 units.

What is the typical lead time for bulk orders? +

Standard inventory items ship within 2–3 business days. Custom branded orders typically require 10–14 days for production, plus shipping time depending on your location and freight method.
