Our minimum order quantity is 100 units across any product category. However, we recommend ordering 500+ units to access our best wholesale pricing tiers. Mixed product orders are welcome — you can combine different cup sizes and types in a single order.
Volume discounts are applied automatically based on your total unit quantity. As you move up pricing tiers (Starter → Growth → Enterprise → Mega), your per-unit cost decreases progressively. All discounts are shown on your order summary before checkout confirmation.
Absolutely! Custom branding is available on all tiers. Starter tier includes basic single-color printing. Growth and above tiers unlock full-color printing, custom packaging, embossed designs, and white-label manufacturing. A minimum of 500 units applies for custom printed orders.
For orders under $5,000, we accept credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer with Net-15 terms. Enterprise and Mega tier clients qualify for Net-30 payment terms. We also offer purchase order (PO) billing for established business accounts.
Standard stock items ship within 24 hours. Custom printed orders require 5–7 business days for production plus shipping time. Express production (3 days) is available for an additional fee. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days domestically and 7–14 days internationally.
Yes! We send complimentary sample packs to all new bulk customers. Simply check the sample request box on the order form, and we'll ship a curated selection of our most popular products to your address at no cost. Sample packs are available for US and Canadian addresses.
