Yes, for standard parcel orders under 70 lbs. Palletized freight and heavy wholesale orders require a physical street address for delivery.
Address changes are accepted within 2 hours of order placement. After that, the order enters our fulfillment pipeline and must be cancelled and reordered.
We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for all international retail and wholesale orders. All import fees are calculated and collected at checkout to prevent surprise charges.
File a claim within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and products. Our logistics team will approve a replacement shipment or partial refund within 1 business day.
