Operations Overview

The Toronto Hub functions as Cup Source's primary East Region fulfillment node. Facility operations run on a modified cross-dock model, allowing bulk manufacturer drops to be sorted, palletized, and dispatched within 18–24 hours of order confirmation. The warehouse is segmented into climate-controlled dry storage for paper goods and ambient racking for PET/plastic alternatives.

All inbound shipments undergo QA sampling for moisture content, structural integrity, and print alignment. Our local team maintains dedicated staging areas for scheduled route deliveries and parcel freight handoffs to regional carriers.

Local Inventory & Stocking

The Toronto facility maintains rolling 4-week supply buffers for core SKUs, including:

  • Double-wall & single-wall paper coffee cups (8oz–20oz)
  • Compostable PLA-lined takeaway bowls (12oz–24oz)
  • PET cold cups with dome/flat lid assortments
  • Sleeves, stirrers, napkins, and carry trays

Custom printed orders are produced at our Mississauga contract partner and routed directly to Toronto for final QC and regional distribution. Standard reorder lead times apply to specialty finishes.
