Best for bulk paper cups, sleeves, and standard inventory. Delivered via FedEx Ground or UPS SurePost.

⚡ Express Delivery

1–3 business day delivery for urgent needs. Handled via FedEx 2Day, UPS Next Day, or DHL Express.

🛻 Freight Shipping

Orders over 1,000 lbs or palletized bulk shipments are sent via LTL freight. Liftgate service available.

🌍 International

Global fulfillment via DHL Global Forwarding and regional postal networks. Customs handled automatically.

📅 Delivery Timeframes

All timeframes are business days from order confirmation. Cut-off time for same-day processing is 2:00 PM EST.

Orders under $299: Flat rate shipping applies ($12.50 domestic)
Orders $300–$799: Discounted carrier rates (avg. 15% off)
Orders $800+: FREE Standard Ground Shipping

Wholesale accounts with recurring monthly orders qualify for priority freight rates and dedicated account shipping management.

🛡️ Damaged or Missing Items

We guarantee safe delivery, but if your order arrives damaged, crushed, or with missing SKUs, we'll resolve it within 48 hours.

To file a claim:

Take clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging
Submit a report via Support → File a Claim within 5 days of delivery
Our claims team will approve replacements or credit within 1 business day

Freight claims require signature release documentation. Please retain all packing materials until the order is verified.

🌎 International Shipping

We ship to 40+ countries. International orders are processed through our global fulfillment hub in Newark, NJ.

Customs & Duties

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available. You'll be notified of any import fees before payment.

Lead Times
