Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier later?
Absolutely. Your tier is based on your monthly volume. If your business grows, we will automatically move you to the next tier with better pricing. You can also request a manual review if your needs change.
What is included in custom printing?
For Growth Batch and above, custom printing includes full-color CMYK printing of your logo and text on the cup exterior. Plate fees are waived on first orders over 5,000 units.
Do you offer samples before bulk ordering?
Yes! We offer free sample kits for Starter and Growth tiers (shipping applies). Enterprise clients receive a full consultation and custom prototypes before production.
Is there a contract attached to these tiers?
No long-term contracts are required for Starter and Growth tiers. Enterprise clients may have a service level agreement (SLA) regarding inventory guarantees, but it is flexible and month-to-month.
