📦 Ordering & Minimums

Our standard MOQ ranges from 1,000 to 5,000 units depending on the SKU. Custom-branded products typically require a higher minimum of 10,000 units per design. Contact your account manager for flexibility on mixed-SKU orders.

Absolutely. Our B2B portal supports mixed carts. As long as each individual product meets its SKU minimum, you can combine cups, lids, sleeves, and utensils in a single shipment.

First, apply for a wholesale account through our portal. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you'll gain access to real-time pricing, inventory levels, and a dedicated checkout flow. You can also place orders directly through your assigned account manager.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard ground shipping (3–5 business days) and express (1–2 business days). Standard shipping is free on orders over $1,500. Express shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries. We support both DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping terms. International lead times typically range from 10–18 business days depending on customs clearance.

Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Our fulfillment team will process a replacement shipment or full refund immediately at no additional cost.

🎨 Custom Branding

We offer flexography, digital printing, and hot stamping. Full-color CMYK printing is available on most paper and PLA products. Spot colors and foil accents are also supported for premium branding.

Proof approval typically takes 5–7 business days. Once approved, production runs in 10–14 days. Rush production is available for an additional fee and requires 3+ weeks lead time for setup.

Yes. Upon request, we’ll send dielines and ready-to-print templates in AI, PDF, and vector formats. Our in-house design team can also assist with layout and color matching at no extra charge.

🌿 Sustainability & Certifications

Many of our paper and PLA-lined cups are ASTM D6400 certified for commercial composting. We also offer bagasse, bamboo, and recycled paper options. Look for the “Eco-Certified” badge on product pages.

Yes. All virgin and recycled paper products are FSC Mix or FSC 100% certified. We provide Chain of Custody documentation upon request for compliance and sustainability reporting.

Yes. Our pricing automatically adjusts at set quantity thresholds. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost. Bulk contract pricing is also available for multi-location businesses.
