MOQs vary by product category. Most paper cups and lids start at 500 units, while cold cups and bowls typically start at 1,000 units. Custom-branded products may have higher MOQs (2,500–5,000 units depending on design complexity). Contact our team for specific product MOQs.
Standard in-stock items ship within 24–48 hours. Custom-branded products typically require 10–15 business days for production plus shipping time. Enterprise orders with custom manufacturing may take 3–4 weeks. We provide real-time tracking for all shipments.
