Creating an account is quick and free! Click "Sign Up" on our homepage, enter your email, create a password, and verify your inbox. You can also sign up using Google or Apple for instant access. No credit card is required to start.
Yes! FamilyNest is designed for shared family use. On the Starter plan, you can add 1 additional member. Family Plus supports up to 3 members, and Premium allows unlimited family profiles, each with personalized dashboards and milestone tracking.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered email and we'll send a secure reset link within minutes. For security, links expire after 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Absolutely. We use bank-level AES-256 encryption and are fully GDPR and COPPA compliant. Your personal and family data is never sold to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time from Account Settings > Privacy.
Billing & Subscriptions
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. For annual plans, we also offer invoicing for organizational or group purchases.
Yes, there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. You'll retain access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds apply to mid-cycle cancellations.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks, contact support and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are handled case-by-case.
Yes! Save 20% when you choose annual billing on Family Plus or Premium plans. That's like getting over 2 months free. Annual billing also locks in your rate for a full year, protecting you from future price increases.

Available on the Premium plan, you can book 30 or 60-minute video sessions with certified parenting coaches, pediatricians, or child psychologists. Schedule directly in your dashboard, choose your expert, and join via secure video link. Notes and follow-up resources are provided after each session.
We offer both! Live workshops are held bi-weekly with real-time Q&A. All sessions are recorded and added to the Expert Video Library within 48 hours, so you can watch on your schedule. Family Plus and Premium members get unlimited access.

Our community is moderated by a team of trained professionals and volunteer parent leaders. We use AI-assisted filtering combined with human review to ensure discussions remain supportive, evidence-based, and respectful. Harmful or medical misinformation is removed promptly.
Yes! Family Plus and Premium members can create private groups with custom invites. Perfect for book clubs, local parenting meetups, or trusted friend circles. Admins control visibility, posting permissions, and member management.
We take community safety seriously. Use the "Report" button on any post or profile. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal. You can also block users instantly.

Phone support is available for Premium members during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm EST). For technical issues, we also offer guided screen-sharing sessions to resolve account or billing problems quickly.
