Third parties may reference FlowCMS in product descriptions, press releases, or documentation solely for the purpose of identifying our platform, provided that:

• Reference is limited to factual statements
• No implication of endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is created
• Our trademarks are capitalized and properly attributed

2. Copyright Notice

All original content, software code, user interfaces, documentation, APIs, and design elements published on this website or provided through the FlowCMS platform are the exclusive property of FlowCMS Inc., unless otherwise noted.

3. Open Source & Third-Party Software

4. Content Ownership & User Rights

You retain full ownership of all content, media, and data you create, upload, or manage through FlowCMS. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your material.

To operate and improve our service, you grant FlowCMS a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, store, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing our platform. This license terminates upon account deletion or contract expiration.

FlowCMS implements enterprise-grade encryption, access controls, and data isolation to ensure your intellectual property remains secure and confidential at all times.

5. Reporting Infringement

We take intellectual property violations seriously. If you believe your copyrighted work or trademark has been infringed upon through the FlowCMS platform, please submit a detailed notice to our IP team.

Your submission should include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder
2. Identification of the copyrighted/trademarked work
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL)
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
5. A statement of good faith belief regarding unauthorized use
6. A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

6. DMCA & Takedown Process

FlowCMS complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent frameworks in the EU (Directive 2001/29/EC), UK, and other regions. Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the content uploader of the action taken
• Provide guidance on filing a counter-notice if the removal was mistaken

We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Accounts found to be hosting multiple instances of willful infringement may be suspended or terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Can I use FlowCMS to publish my own proprietary content?
Yes. All content you create or upload remains your intellectual property. We provide the infrastructure; you retain the rights.

Do I need a license to use FlowCMS in commercial products?
Yes. Commercial use requires an appropriate Professional or Enterprise subscription. Contact sales for custom licensing arrangements.

Can I build a plugin or integration for FlowCMS?

What happens to my IP if I cancel my account?
You retain full ownership. Upon cancellation, you may export all data within 30 days. After export or account deletion, all copies are permanently purged from our systems.
