Welcome to FlowCMS. By accessing or using our platform, APIs, or documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, importing content, or making API requests to FlowCMS endpoints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. License Grant
FlowCMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for internal business purposes. You retain all ownership rights to your content. FlowCMS claims no ownership over user-generated data.
3. User Conduct & Restrictions
- You may not use the Platform to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
- Automated scraping or reverse-engineering of APIs is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials.
- Abuse reports may result in immediate account suspension without notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
FlowCMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, data loss, or third-party integrations. Liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity (90+ days). You may export your data and cancel at any time.
Privacy Policy
FlowCMS is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information.
Data We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email, organization details for billing and access.
- Usage Data: API request logs, content management actions, and platform analytics to improve performance.
- Technical Data: IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and device identifiers for security and fraud prevention.
How We Use Your Data
Data is processed to deliver the CMS platform, authenticate API requests, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days for export purposes. Anonymous usage analytics are aggregated and stored indefinitely for service optimization.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance
FlowCMS complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We act as a Data Processor for your content and as a Data Controller for account management.
Your Rights
- Access & Portability: Request a complete export of your data in JSON/CSV format.
- Rectification: Update or correct inaccurate account information.
- Erasure: Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt-Out: Withdraw consent for analytics or marketing processing.
Data transfer agreements (DTAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are available upon request. All EEA data is processed in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) or GCP Zurich when configured.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee the following uptime targets for API and Dashboard endpoints, measured monthly:
- Starter Plan: 99.5% uptime (best effort)
- Professional Plan: 99.9% uptime with automatic failover
- Enterprise Plan: 99.99% uptime with dedicated support & custom SLA
Credits are issued automatically for verified downtime exceeding thresholds. Scheduled maintenance windows (48h notice) are excluded from calculations.
