By using JobSphere, you agree to abide by these guidelines. We encourage all users to report any activity that violates these rules, as your feedback helps us maintain a high-quality environment for everyone.

For Job Seekers

To ensure the best experience for both seekers and employers, please adhere to the following standards:

1. Authenticity & Profiles

  • Real Identities: Use your real name and accurate contact information. Fake profiles are prohibited.
  • Accurate Resumes: Ensure your resume and profile reflect your true skills, experience, and education. Misrepresentation may lead to removal.
  • One Account: Only maintain one account per user. Duplicate accounts will be merged or suspended.

2. Conduct & Communication

  • Professionalism: Treat employers and other users with respect. Harassment, threats, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
  • No Spam: Do not send unsolicited messages or spam other users.
  • Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information obtained through the platform without consent.

For Employers

Employers play a crucial role in our community. Please follow these guidelines to attract top talent responsibly:

1. Job Postings

  • Accurate Descriptions: Clearly describe the role, responsibilities, requirements, and salary range. Misleading postings will be removed.
  • Fair Compensation: List salary information transparently. Do not advertise "competitive salary" without providing a range where possible.
  • No Duplicate Posts: Avoid posting the same job multiple times. Update existing listings instead.

2. Hiring Practices

  • Equal Opportunity: JobSphere prohibits discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Data Privacy: Comply with GDPR and local data protection laws when collecting and storing applicant data.
  • Respectful Process: Communicate promptly and respectfully with applicants. Provide constructive feedback when possible.
Fee Warning

Employers must never charge job seekers any fees to apply for a position, attend interviews, or receive training. Such practices are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly forbidden on JobSphere. Violations may result in immediate suspension:

  • Fraud & Scams: Any attempt to deceive users, fake job offers, or solicit payments under false pretenses.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.
  • Illegal Activities: Jobs or requests involving illegal substances, weapons, or other unlawful activities.
  • Malware & Phishing: Links or attachments that contain malicious software or attempt to steal personal data.
  • Harassment: Stalking, bullying, or threatening behavior towards other users.
  • Spam & Self-Promotion: Unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, or off-platform solicitation.
Zero Tolerance

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation, human trafficking, or any content that violates criminal law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in such cases.

Enforcement Actions

If you violate these guidelines, we may take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Content Removal: Removing specific posts, profiles, or comments that violate the rules.
  • Warnings: Issuing a formal warning and requiring you to rectify the issue.
  • Temporary Suspension: Disabling access to your account for a specified period.
  • Permanent Ban: Permanently removing your account and barring you from future use of the platform.
  • Legal Action: In severe cases, we may pursue legal remedies or report violations to authorities.

We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time. Continued use of JobSphere after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Help us keep JobSphere safe. If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately.

How to Report

  • On a Job Post: Click the "Report" button located below the job description.
  • On a Profile: Use the "Report User" option in the profile menu.
  • General Concerns: Contact our support team directly via email at support@jobsphere.com.

Please provide as much detail as possible when reporting, including screenshots or links. We investigate all reports and take them seriously.
