Any activity related to human trafficking, exploitation, or sexual violence will result in immediate ban and law enforcement referral.
Romance scams, financial fraud, and deceptive practices result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
Any content promoting or facilitating illegal activities, including drug trade or weapons, is strictly prohibited.
LoveLink is strictly for users 18 and older. Any attempt to connect with minors or impersonate a minor results in immediate action.
Automated accounts, bots, and fake profiles designed to manipulate the platform are prohibited and will be removed.
For first-time minor violations, we issue a warning and provide guidance on our standards. Content is removed, but your account remains active.
Repeated violations or more serious offenses result in temporary account suspension (7-30 days). During this time, your profile is hidden from the community.
Severe violations, zero-tolerance offenses, or persistent disregard for our standards result in permanent account removal. We also ban associated email addresses and devices.
For serious crimes, we cooperate fully with law enforcement and provide relevant information to help prosecute offenders and protect potential victims.

🚩 Report a ViolationWhen you report a profile, our Trust & Safety team reviews it within 24 hours. If a violation is found, we take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning. We'll notify you when action has been taken, though we respect the privacy of other users and can't share details about specific actions taken.
Yes. If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you can submit an appeal through our Help Center. Our team will review your case within 5 business days. We ask that appeals be respectful and provide any relevant context for your situation.
Photos containing nudity, sexual content, excessive violence, drugs, alcohol, or weapons are not allowed. Photos of minors, copyrighted material without permission, or misleading images (heavily edited or not of you) also violate our standards. We encourage clear, recent photos that showcase your authentic self.
We recommend: meeting in public places for first dates, telling a friend your plans, using LoveLink's messaging system initially, never sending money to someone you haven't met, trusting your instincts, and reporting any suspicious behavior. Accounts are suspended for violations of our Community Standards, such as posting inappropriate content, harassment, scamming, or using fake profiles. When an account is suspended, the user receives an explanation email detailing the reason. If you believe this was an error, please submit an appeal.
