LoveLink respects your creative ownership while maintaining a safe community environment.

What You Own

• All photos, videos, written bios, and messages you upload remain your intellectual property.
• You grant LoveLink a limited, revocable license to display and store content solely for platform functionality.

Platform Rights & Limitations

• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve AI matching algorithms and service quality.
• LoveLink reserves the right to remove content that violates community guidelines, copyright laws, or local regulations.
• Automated content moderation scans for illegal material using trusted third-party services (e.g., PhotoDNA, AI safety classifiers).

Takedown Process

If you believe your content has been used without permission, submit a DMCA or equivalent notice through our legal portal. We respond to valid claims within 48 hours.

Your membership relationship with LoveLink is governed by transparency and fairness.

• Verification: We may require identity verification to maintain platform safety. You have the right to understand why verification is requested and appeal false flags.
• Suspension & Bans: Accounts may be restricted for policy violations. You will always receive a clear explanation and an opportunity to appeal within 14 days.
• Subscription Rights: Cancel premium plans at any time. Refunds are processed per local consumer law. No hidden fees or auto-renewal traps.
• Age Verification: LoveLink is strictly 18+. We use multi-factor age verification and continuously improve underage access prevention.

LoveLink is designed to foster respectful, consensual, and secure interactions.

• Anti-Harassment: Zero tolerance for threats, stalking, non-consensual sharing of images, or discriminatory behavior. Reports are prioritized and reviewed within 24 hours.
• Block & Report: You can block any user instantly. Blocked users cannot view your profile or contact you.
• Incident Support: If you feel unsafe, our Trust & Safety team provides guidance, evidence preservation, and can liaise with law enforcement when necessary.
• Transparency Reports: We publish quarterly reports detailing content removal statistics, law enforcement requests, and platform safety metrics.

We strive to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.

• Internal Appeals: Account restrictions, content removals, or verification flags can be appealed through the app or via rights@lovelink.com. Responses within 5 business days.
• Mediation: For disputes between users, we offer optional anonymous mediation facilitated by trained moderators.
• Arbitration: As outlined in our Terms of Service, certain claims may be subject to binding arbitration. You retain the right to pursue individual court action for claims under $10,000 or for safety violations.
• Regulatory Complaints: You have the right to file complaints with data protection authorities (e.g., ICO, CNIL, state AGs). We cooperate fully with legitimate regulatory investigations.
