2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for business and operational purposes, including:

• Processing and fulfilling manufacturing requests, quotes, and orders.
• Communicating with you regarding project status, quality reports, and delivery updates.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MetalCore Manufacturing website and our manufacturing services. By submitting a request for quote (RFQ), placing an order, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All manufacturing engagements require a formal purchase order (PO) and signed quotation agreement. Prices are subject to material market fluctuations and are valid for 30 days from the quote date. Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice, unless otherwise specified in a written contract. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.

We reserve the right to reject or modify any order if specifications are unclear, incomplete, or pose safety/manufacturing risks. Custom tooling and setup fees are non-refundable unless production fails to meet agreed specifications.

2. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Client-owned designs, drawings, CAD files, and specifications remain the exclusive property of the client. MetalCore Manufacturing obtains a limited, non-exclusive license solely to manufacture the requested parts for the specific order. We will not reverse-engineer, replicate, or use client IP for any other purpose without written consent.

MetalCore retains ownership of its proprietary manufacturing processes, tooling designs, and quality control methodologies developed during production.

3. Quality, Warranty & Liability

We warrant that all manufactured components will conform to the approved specifications, tolerances, and material certifications provided at the time of order. Our warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected parts only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetalCore Manufacturing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or production downtime, arising from the use of our services or products. Total liability under any single order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that order.

4. Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate an active manufacturing agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. MetalCore will return or securely destroy client materials as directed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
