What file formats do you accept for CAD drawings?
We accept native CAD files as well as universal formats including STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.iges), DXF/DWG for 2D profiles, and PDF for specifications. SolidWorks, CATIA, and Siemens NX files are preferred for complex assemblies. Please ensure all files are clean, well-parameterized, and include GD&T where applicable.
What is your typical quoting turnaround time?
Standard quotes are typically provided within 24-48 hours for straightforward parts. Complex assemblies or high-tolerance aerospace/medical components may require 3-5 business days for full DFM analysis and material sourcing verification.
Do you offer Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews?
Yes. Our engineering team provides complimentary DFM reviews for all new projects. We'll analyze your geometry for optimal machining strategies, material selection, tolerance stack-ups, and cost-saving modifications without compromising performance.
