What CAD/CAM file formats do you accept? +
We accept STEP (.step/.stp), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), CATIA, Parasolid, and native CNC code if provided. STEP is recommended for best feature recognition.
Can you machine titanium or Inconel? +
Yes. Our facility is equipped with high-pressure coolant systems and carbide tooling optimized for high-temperature alloys. We offer full traceability and heat lot certification for aerospace-grade materials.
What is your typical lead time for CNC prototypes? +
Simple 3-axis prototypes: 5-7 business days. Complex 4/5-axis or tight-tolerance parts: 7-14 days. Rush services available for qualifying projects.
Do you provide first-article inspection (FAI) reports? +
Yes. All production runs include a comprehensive FAI report with dimension-by-dimension verification, material certifications, and process documentation. AS9102 FAI available upon request.
