Everything you need to know before booking your pet's first daycare pass.

What vaccinations does my pet need for daycare? +

All pets must be up to date on rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. We require proof of vaccination from your vet within the last 12 months. If your pet hasn't been vaccinated recently, we can help coordinate with a vet partner.

Can I bring my pet's own food? +

Absolutely! If your pet has dietary restrictions or specific food preferences, you're welcome to provide their own meals and snacks. Simply label the containers with your pet's name and delivery date. For monthly members, we also offer customized meal plans.

How are pets grouped during playtime? +

We group pets by size, energy level, and temperament. Each pet completes a temperament assessment during their first visit to determine the best play group. Our staff continuously monitors interactions and will separate pets if needed.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Single day passes can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled date for a full refund. Weekly passes can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Monthly and quarterly memberships are auto-renewed but can be paused or cancelled anytime with no penalties.

What happens if my pet gets hurt? +

All our staff are certified in pet first aid and CPR. We have a fully equipped first aid station and a partnership with an emergency veterinary clinic just 5 minutes away. We also carry liability insurance that covers any accidents. You'll be notified immediately if any incident occurs.

Is there a free trial day available? +

Yes! We offer a half-day trial for $15 so your pet can experience our facility and meet the staff before committing to a pass. This is a great way to ensure your pet feels comfortable and social with the group dynamics.
