What happens if my payment fails? ▼

If a payment fails, we'll notify you immediately via email and dashboard alert. You can retry with the same method or switch to an alternative. Funds are never held if authorization fails.

Do you support refunds? ▼

Refunds depend on the campaign status. Pre-launch pledges can be cancelled anytime. Post-funding refunds are at the creator's discretion, though we mediate disputes when projects aren't delivered.

How are currency conversions handled? ▼

Transactions are processed in your card's local currency or the campaign's currency. We use real-time mid-market exchange rates with a transparent 1% conversion fee where applicable.

When will creators receive their funds? ▼

Payouts begin 48 hours after the campaign closes. Funds are distributed bi-weekly via direct deposit or PayPal. International transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days.

Is my financial data shared with creators? ▼

Never. We act as the merchant of record. Creators only see the total amount raised and backer contact info for delivery. Card details, billing addresses, and payment tokens remain strictly with RaiseIt and our PCI-compliant processors.
