Yes! You can order multiple SKUs in a single purchase order. Volume discounts are calculated per-SKU based on the quantity of each product. However, mixing products still benefits from consolidated shipping, which can reduce overall freight costs.

Standard terms are Net 30 for established business accounts. New customers may be required to pay in advance or via letter of credit. Gold and Platinum tier customers qualify for Net 45 and Net 60 terms respectively. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and major credit cards (with a 2.9% processing fee).

Yes, we provide free sample kits containing 500 units of each of our standard products. Sample kits are available to all prospective customers. Custom-engineered samples are available for a refundable tooling fee of $250, which is credited against your first production order.

Lead times vary by volume tier: Bronze orders ship in 5-7 business days, Silver in 3-5 days, Gold in 2-3 days, and Platinum orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Custom orders typically require 2-4 weeks for engineering and first production run. Rush production is available at a 15% surcharge.

All listed prices are ex-works (EXW) and do not include VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility under our standard INCOTERMS.
