Not at all. Our Beginner and Weekend Warrior plans are designed for newcomers. Each program scales to your baseline and progresses safely.

Yes. If your expedition changes or your fitness progresses faster than expected, you can upgrade or switch plans with prorated credit.

Most workouts require minimal gear (dumbbells, resistance bands, stability ball). Technical plans include a detailed gear checklist and rental partnerships.

We use controlled breathing protocols, VO2 max intervals, and hypoxic training masks (optional) to mimic elevation stress safely at sea level.
