What are your standard payment terms?
We typically require 30% deposit upon contract signing and 70% balance against copy of shipping documents. For established partners, we offer LC at sight or 60-day credit terms.
Do you provide third-party lab analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested by SGS/Intertek for moisture, free fatty acids, microbial load, and heavy metals. Full COA is provided with shipment documentation.
Can I visit your fermentation and drying facilities?
Absolutely. We welcome buyer audits and farm tours. Schedule a visit through our trade team, and we'll arrange transport from Quito or the nearest hub.
What are your lead times for bulk orders?
Standard lead time is 30-45 days from contract confirmation to container loading. Rush orders may be available depending on current harvest cycles and inventory.
