Senior Cacao Agronomist
Farming Full-Time Napo Valley, EC

Lead our on-farm research and cultivation strategies, optimizing fine-flavor cacao clones for volcanic terroir while maintaining organic certification standards.

  • 5+ years tropical agronomy or cacao cultivation experience
  • Experience with organic certification protocols
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site across seasons
Bean-to-Bar Master Chocolatier

Craft and refine our single-origin chocolate line, managing roasting profiles, conching parameters, and tempering consistency for premium retail bars.

  • Proven track record in artisanal chocolate making
  • Deep understanding of flavor development & terroir expression

Wholesale Account Director

Sustainability & Compliance Officer

Oversee our carbon-neutral initiatives, fair-trade auditing, water-positive programs, and ensure full regulatory compliance across all farm and production sites.

  • Background in environmental science or supply chain compliance
  • Experience with ISO 14001, Rainforest Alliance, or similar
  • Strong reporting and stakeholder communication skills
  • Masters degree preferred
Seasonal Harvest Coordinator
Farming Seasonal Napo Valley, EC

Manage harvest logistics, oversee fermentation protocols, and coordinate with our on-farm agricultural team during peak cacao seasons.

  • 2+ years agricultural operations experience
  • Physical ability to work in tropical outdoor conditions

Quality Assurance Technician

Conduct sensory evaluations, moisture testing, and microbial analysis across bean-to-bar stages to ensure every batch meets our Grand Prix standards.
