Peru β Cusco High Altitude
A harmonious marriage of ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha and our velvety Ecuadorian white chocolate base. Grown at 2,800m in the Peruvian Andes, these beans yield a naturally sweet, buttery profile that beautifully cradles matcha's earthy umami and subtle green tea notes.
Our White & Matcha bar redefines what white chocolate can be. Instead of masking the bean's natural character with excessive sugar, we use a minimal-sweetness white base (45% cacao butter & solids) to highlight the complex, savory-sweet profile of authentic tencha matcha.
Steamed green tea, fresh grass
Buttercream, toasted coconut
Umami, gentle earthiness
Served ideally at room temperature, allow the chocolate to melt slowly on your palate to fully experience the layered transition from bright vegetal notes to comforting dairy sweetness.

The cacao in this bar comes exclusively from the Quispi family's estate in the Cusco highlands. At nearly 3,000 meters above sea level, the cool nights and intense UV exposure slow the pod's maturation, concentrating the beans' aromatic compounds.
We partner directly with the farmers using a pre-harvest advance payment model, ensuring they aren't burdened by cash-flow gaps. This bar's matcha is sourced from Uji, Kyoto, through a fair-trade cooperative that supports traditional tea farming practices.
Every purchase supports the Cusco Youth Education Fund, providing scholarships to children in the surrounding indigenous communities.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Ideal temperature: 15β18Β°C (59β64Β°F).
For Best Experience: Remove from packaging 15 minutes before tasting. Break off one-third of the bar, inhale deeply to appreciate the matcha aroma, then let a piece melt slowly on your tongue. Pair with light oolong tea, sparkling water, or a dry Riesling.

"I've tried dozens of matcha chocolates, and this is the only one that doesn't taste like candy. The white chocolate is genuinely rich, and the matcha is vibrant and authentic. Absolutely stunning."
"The packaging is beautiful, but the chocolate itself blew me away. Perfect umami balance. I bought the Explorer's Box last month and this bar won my heart. Already ordered three more."
"Incredible quality and smooth texture. Slightly sweeter than I expected for a 45%, but the matcha really shines through. Would love a darker version in the future!"
