We ship to all 50 United States and Washington, D.C. with multiple speed options to suit your needs. All domestic orders include our signature climate-controlled packaging at no additional cost.

Chocolate is a sensitive product. To ensure every bar arrives in perfect condition, we've developed a proprietary packaging system that maintains an optimal temperature range of 4–12°C (39–54°F) throughout transit.

Our packaging works year-round — whether you're in a sweltering summer in Florida or a freezing winter in Minnesota, your chocolate will arrive exactly as we intended.

Every bar of Terroir Cocoa is crafted fresh, not mass-produced in a warehouse. Here's what to expect for processing times:

• Standard orders: Shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase
• Orders placed before 12 PM EST: Often shipped the same business day
• Custom gift orders: Allow 3–5 business days for personalization and assembly
• Limited edition & sold-out items: We'll notify you of the expected restock and ship date
• Wholesale orders (50+ bars): Custom lead times — contact our wholesale team for details

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

How to Track

1. Check your email — Look for the "Your Order Has Shipped" notification from hello@terroircocoa.com
2. Click the tracking link — This takes you directly to your carrier's tracking page
3. Or visit our order portal — Log into your account at terroircocoa.com/account to view all order statuses

If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of your purchase, or if your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, please reach out to our customer service team.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

What to Know

• Commercial Invoice: Every international order includes a properly completed commercial invoice declaring the contents and value
• Duties & Taxes: Vary by country. We declare the accurate value of your order — any fees assessed are determined by your local customs authority
• Import Regulations: Some countries have restrictions on chocolate imports. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering
• DDP Option: For orders over $200 to select countries, we can arrange Duty Paid shipping — contact us for availability

We stand behind the quality and condition of every order. While our climate-controlled packaging is designed to prevent issues, we understand that problems can occur during transit.

Damaged or Melted Chocolate

If your chocolate arrives damaged, melted, or in poor condition:

1. Take photos of the packaging, temperature indicator, and the affected product
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@terroircocoa.com or call +593 99 123 4567
3. We'll make it right — Full replacement or refund, your choice, at no cost to you

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we accept returns only if the product is unopened and still within its expiration date. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable
