Frequently Asked

Are children allowed on tours?
Yes! Children under 12 are free on the Grove Walk. For the Bean-to-Bar and Sunrise tours, we recommend ages 8+ due to the hands-on workshop and early start time. Child discounts apply for all paid tours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full. Weather-related cancellations by us result in a full refund or free rescheduling.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, light long sleeves, and a hat. Bring sunscreen and insect repellent. For the Bean-to-Bar tour, we provide aprons and gloves. A water bottle is encouraged; we'll provide coffee and juice.
Is the farm accessible for wheelchairs?
Our tasting room, workshop area, and parking are fully wheelchair accessible. The cacao groves have natural terrain with roots and uneven paths, so we offer a modified accessible route with seating areas for Grove Walk participants.
Can I buy chocolate at the end of the tour?
Absolutely! All tours conclude at our on-farm boutique. Tour guests receive an exclusive 15% discount on all retail chocolate, beans, and brewing equipment.
