Common Process Questions

Everything you need to know before breaking ground.

Most residential projects range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope, material availability, and custom details. We'll provide a detailed timeline during the Design phase that you can rely on.

Not for most of the process. Our workshop handles 70% of the work. On-site installation typically requires brief daily check-ins, and we'll schedule them around your availability.

Design changes are welcome during Phase 2. After approval, we follow a structured change-order process to ensure timeline and budget impacts are clear before proceeding.

We source from multiple mills and keep buffer stock for common materials. If a delay occurs, you'll be notified immediately with revised dates and alternative options—never left guessing.
