Our standard MOQ for custom printed products is 1,000 units. For simpler spot-color logos or sleeve printing, we can accommodate orders as low as 500. Contact us for low-volume sampling options.
Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days after proof approval. Rush production (7 business days) is available for an additional fee. Shipping time depends on your location and selected carrier.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) with print-ready CMYK color profiles and 300 DPI resolution. High-quality PNG or JPG files are also accepted, though vector files ensure the sharpest print results.
Yes. For orders over 10,000 units, we include one round of digital proofs and one physical sample at no extra cost. Smaller orders receive digital proofs by default. All proofs require written approval before printing begins.
Absolutely. We offer bundled packaging solutions (cups + lids + sleeves + straws) and can consolidate everything into a single pallet or LCL/FCL shipment to save on logistics costs.
