Important Shipping Guidelines
📦 Packaging Standards
All cup and bowl shipments are factory-sealed in moisture-resistant polybags, then shrink-wrapped on standard 48x40 pallets or loaded into climate-controlled containers. Pallets are stretch-wrapped and corner-protected for transit safety.
🚫 Restricted Destinations
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses, remote territories without commercial delivery infrastructure, or regions under active trade sanctions. PO Boxes are only accepted for orders under 30 lbs.
🌡️ Temperature & Handling
Plastic and coated paper products must be stored between 32°F–95°F (0°C–35°C). Prolonged exposure to extreme heat or freezing temperatures may affect print adhesion or liner integrity.
Shipping FAQ
Yes. Domestic freight shipping is complimentary on orders exceeding $2,500. International orders qualify for waived shipping on container loads (20ft+) or orders over $8,000.
Orders exceeding 2,000 lbs will be automatically split across multiple pallets to comply with DOT and carrier safety regulations. You will receive a revised packing list before dispatch.
Scheduled delivery is available for freight and pallet shipments. Contact your account manager 5 business days prior to shipment to coordinate dock availability or appointment windows.
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DAP (Delivered at Place) options. DDP includes duties and taxes in the quoted price. DAP requires the recipient to clear customs upon arrival.
