Custom Printing & Plate Fees

Our in-house printing facility handles 1–4 process color runs with Pantone-matched inks. Plate fees are one-time and cover digital setup, color calibration, and physical printing plates.

✓ 1–2 color runs: $120 plate fee (applied to orders 3,000+)
✓ 3–4 color runs: $250 plate fee (applied to orders 5,000+)
✓ Full-wrap / sleeve printing: $350 setup + die-cut tooling
✓ All plates are stored for 24 months at no extra cost

Can I order samples before committing to bulk?

Absolutely. We offer a Sample Kit for $49 (refundable on your first order over $500). It includes 3 each of our top 12 SKUs across different sizes, materials, and lid types.

Are the prices above inclusive of shipping?

Unit prices exclude freight. We calculate shipping at checkout based on your ZIP code, order weight, and preferred carrier (FedEx, UPS, or LTL freight for pallet orders). Most domestic orders ship at $0.12–$0.18 per lb.

Do you offer Net 30 or credit terms?

Yes. Businesses with 6+ months of credit history or orders over $2,500 qualify for Net 15. Enterprise accounts (50K+ units/year) automatically receive Net 30 terms after a brief credit review.

What happens if I need to adjust my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 24 hours of placement at no cost. After printing/production begins, changes may incur a re-run fee. We'll always confirm status before processing.

How do material or fuel cost fluctuations affect pricing?

We lock in pricing for 90 days on confirmed quotes. Raw material surcharges only apply if global pulp/plastic indices shift by >12% in a quarter, and we notify all active accounts 60 days in advance.
