Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses are limited to USPS delivery methods. Please note that freight and pallet orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Cup Source ships to over 60 countries worldwide. International orders are processed through our global logistics partners and may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes in the destination country.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.

Due to the nature of wholesale packaging products, returns are accepted only for unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Custom-printed items are non-returnable unless defective.

Yes. Signature confirmation is automatically included for all orders over $500. For orders under $500, you can add signature confirmation for a $3.99 fee at checkout or by contacting our team.
Most carriers will attempt redelivery the next business day or hold the package at a nearby carrier facility for pickup. You'll receive a notification with instructions. For freight deliveries, contact our team to reschedule the appointment.
Yes. If some items are on backorder or if you request it, we can split your order into multiple shipments. You'll be notified of any split shipments via email, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.
