Not sure which size you need?

Follow these simple steps to measure your current cups and find the exact match in our catalog.

1

Fill to the Brim

Fill your existing cup with water and measure the volume using a measuring cup to determine exact capacity in oz or ml.

2

Measure Height

Place the cup on a flat surface and measure from the base to the very top edge of the rim.

3

Check Top Diameter

Measure the distance across the top opening of the cup. This ensures your lids will fit correctly.

Size Guide FAQ

Are your cup sizes standardized? +
Yes, we follow industry-standard sizing for hot and cold cups. However, slight variations in wall thickness can cause actual capacity to differ from marked size by up to 5%. We recommend ordering samples if exact precision is critical.
Do lids fit across different brands? +
Generally, lids are compatible based on top diameter. If you measure the top diameter of your current cups, you can match it to our specifications. We offer universal fit lids for our standard sizes.
What does "Gauge" mean for cold cups? +
Gauge refers to the thickness of the plastic wall. A higher gauge number means a thicker, more durable cup. For example, a 32-gauge cup is thicker than a 28-gauge cup and better suited for ice-heavy drinks.
Can I get custom sizes? +
Yes! For large wholesale orders, we can manufacture custom dimensions and capacities. Contact our sales team to discuss private label sizing options.
