Our pricing is tiered based on the total quantity per product SKU in a single order. As your quantity increases, the per-unit price automatically drops. For example, ordering 12oz paper cups at 5,000+ units drops the price from $0.22 to $0.13 per cup — a 41% savings. Discounts are applied at checkout with no promo codes needed.

Absolutely! You can mix and match any products from our catalog in a single order. Each product's pricing tier is calculated independently based on the quantity of that specific SKU. So you could order 10,000 paper cups at Pro pricing and 3,000 bowls at Growth pricing in the same order.

We have a minimum order value of $50 for Starter tier orders. There is no minimum quantity — you can order as few as 100 cups if you'd like. For custom branding, we recommend a minimum of 500 units per design to make the setup cost worthwhile. Enterprise clients may request custom MOQ arrangements.

Custom logo printing has a one-time setup fee that varies by tier: $150 for Starter, $100 for Growth, and free for Pro and Enterprise tiers. The per-unit price for printed products is the same as non-printed products — the setup fee is the only additional cost. Multi-color printing may incur a small surcharge. We provide free digital proofs before production begins.

Yes! Enterprise tier clients qualify for Net 30 payment terms automatically after a brief credit check. Pro tier clients can request Net 30 on a case-by-case basis. This means you receive your order first and have 30 days to pay the invoice. We also accept PO-based invoicing for businesses that require it.

Of course! Our Enterprise tier is a starting point for large orders. If you're ordering 50,000+ units annually or need custom product specifications, contact our sales team for a tailored quote. We regularly negotiate special rates for high-volume partners and can accommodate custom packaging, shapes, and materials.

Standard products (no custom printing) ship within 1–3 business days. Custom branded orders typically have a 7–14 business day production lead time, depending on complexity. Enterprise clients with dedicated production schedules can receive priority manufacturing slots for faster turnaround. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
