Since 1998, our Detroit campus has served as the backbone of MetalCore's global manufacturing operations. The facility houses state-of-the-art CNC centers, automated assembly lines, and a dedicated R&D prototyping lab.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the campus features solar array integration, closed-loop coolant systems, and ISO 14001 environmental management protocols. All production zones are climate-controlled and equipped with real-time IoT monitoring.

All visitors must report to the Main Security Office upon arrival. Bring a valid government-issued ID. Your host will be notified of your arrival. Temporary badges are issued for all floor access.
Safety glasses and closed-toe shoes are mandatory in all production areas. High-visibility vests and hearing protection are provided at check-in for factory floor tours.
Factory tours and client meetings require 48-hour advance scheduling. Contact our facility coordinator to arrange access, parking, and guided walkthroughs.
