Our Commitment to Accessibility
MetalCore Manufacturing is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure equitable access to our websites, web applications, digital content, and online services.
We believe that accessibility is not just a compliance requirement, but a core value that reflects our dedication to quality, precision, and inclusivity in everything we do.
Conformance Standards
The WCAG Success Criteria provide definitive guidance on meeting the principles of perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust content. MetalCore Manufacturing strives to conform to the following standards:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA - International accessibility standard for web content
- Section 508 (Rev. 2017) - U.S. federal accessibility compliance
- Voice of the Customer Accessibility Framework - Inclusive design best practices
Conformance means that web content does not contain features of a certain level that violate accessibility requirements, unless necessary to avoid significant harm or impairments to human safety.
How We Ensure Accessibility
Design & Development
- Accessibility is integrated into our product lifecycle from the initial design phase through development, testing, and deployment.
- Our design system includes built-in WCAG-compliant components, ensuring consistent accessible patterns across all digital touchpoints.
- We use semantic HTML, proper heading hierarchies, ARIA attributes where necessary, and keyboard-navigable interfaces.
Testing & Validation
- Automated testing with industry-standard tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) runs on every code commit.
- Manual testing by trained accessibility specialists and users with disabilities.
- Screen reader testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver across major browsers.
- Keyboard-only navigation testing to ensure full operability without a mouse.
Training & Culture
- Mandatory accessibility training for all design, development, and content teams.
- Accessibility champions embedded in each product team.
- Regular audits and continuous improvement cycles.

Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be limitations that affect your experience. Common limitations include:
- Legacy PDF documents and technical specifications that predate our current accessibility standards are being updated on a rolling basis.
- Third-party embedded content (e.g., video players, analytics widgets) may have limitations outside our direct control. We actively review and request accessibility improvements from these providers.
- Very old web archives or historical case studies may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 standards and are being remediated.
If you need information from a resource that has accessibility limitations, please contact us and we will provide it in an alternative accessible format.
