Yes. All participants sign a confidentiality agreement before their first session. We follow strict HIPAA-compliant protocols, and facilitators enforce clear community guidelines to maintain a safe environment.

What if I'm not comfortable speaking right away?

That's completely normal. You're never required to share. Many members start as listeners and gradually participate as trust builds. Our facilitators are trained to honor your pace.

How are groups formed and matched?

Groups are theme-based with limited sizes (8–12 members) to ensure quality interaction. After your intake check-in, we match you based on your goals, availability, and therapeutic needs.

Can I attend if I'm already in individual therapy?

Absolutely. Group circles complement individual therapy beautifully. Many members use both simultaneously for a more comprehensive support system.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens. We recommend attending at least 80% of sessions, but if you miss one, you can review the guided reflection materials or contact your facilitator for a brief check-in.
