How do I book my first therapy session?

After creating your account, complete the wellness assessment. Our matching system will connect you with a licensed therapist within 24-48 hours. You'll then receive a calendar link to book your first session at your preferred time.

How can I cancel my subscription or get a refund?

You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Our support team can assist if you need help.

Is my personal and therapy data secure?

Absolutely. SereneMind uses end-to-end encryption for all sessions and stores data on HIPAA-compliant servers. Your information is never shared with third parties, and you can request data export or deletion at any time under our Privacy Policy.

What if I'm experiencing a mental health crisis?

Our platform is not designed for immediate crisis intervention. If you or someone you know is in danger, please use the emergency resources in the banner below or call your local emergency number immediately. Your safety is our highest priority.

I'm locked out of my account. How do I reset my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure reset link. If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team for manual verification.
