After completing your wellness assessment, navigate to the "Sessions" tab and click "Book Appointment". You can view available times, select a therapist, and confirm your session instantly. You'll receive a calendar invite and reminder 24 hours before.
Can I change or cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain access until then.
Is my therapy session confidential?
Absolutely. All sessions are conducted through encrypted, HIPAA-compliant video/voice channels. Your data is never shared with third parties. Our therapists are bound by strict professional confidentiality standards.
