Full refunds are available up to 60 days before departure. Between 30-60 days, we offer a 50% refund or full credit for a future trip. Within 30 days, cancellations are non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant or date (subject to availability). Emergency or medical cancellations may qualify for waived fees with proper documentation.

It depends on the difficulty rating. "Easy" treks require basic walking ability. "Medium" trips involve 4-6 hours of daily hiking with elevation gain. "Hard" expeditions demand advanced stamina, high-altitude acclimatization, and technical climbing experience. Each trip page includes a detailed fitness & training guide.

We send a personalized packing checklist 30 days before departure. Generally, you'll need layered clothing, broken-in hiking boots, weather-resistant gear, personal toiletries, and a daypack. Technical equipment (ropes, harnesses, crampons) is provided on guided trips but must be fitted in advance.

Safety is our top priority. If extreme weather or hazardous conditions arise, our lead guides will adjust the itinerary or pause activities. We maintain backup routes and indoor alternatives. Trips delayed or shortened by uncontrollable weather are eligible for partial refunds or future travel credits, as outlined in our safety guarantee.

Absolutely! Solo travelers can join group departures or request a private expedition with a dedicated guide. Private trips are available for individuals, couples, or custom groups and offer fully personalized itineraries. Contact our support team to discuss private booking options and pricing.
