No. We offer beginner-friendly trips with comprehensive on-water instruction. All participants receive a 2-hour orientation covering paddle strokes, safety commands, and basic river navigation before hitting the water.
Your PFD keeps you afloat, and our guides are trained in swiftwater rescue. We run daily safety drills, maintain a 1:4 guide-to-client ratio on technical rivers, and carry throw bags, rescue tubes, and satellite communication for immediate response.
Yes. We welcome personal equipment, but it must meet our safety standards. All gear is inspected 24 hours before departure. We also offer full rental packages at no extra cost.
River flow is monitored daily. If conditions fall outside our safety thresholds, we will reroute to a comparable river, offer a full credit for a future trip, or provide a 100% refund. Weather and hydrology waivers are included in your booking.
