Domestic orders (Ecuador) typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International shipping ranges from 5–12 business days depending on your location. All shipments include tracking and are packaged with temperature control to preserve quality.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. For damaged or defective items, contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt for a full replacement or refund. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer's responsibility.

Farm tours run Tuesday through Saturday at 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. We recommend booking at least 10 days in advance due to limited group sizes. Use the contact form, select "Farm Tours & Events," or call us directly. Tours include estate walk, fermentation workshop, and tasting session.
Our standard dark and single-origin bars are gluten-free, soy-free, and dairy-free. Our milk and white varieties contain dairy. All products are made in a facility that processes tree nuts. Please review packaging labels or contact support for detailed allergen information.
