How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance. All orders include tracking information sent to your email once dispatched.

How should I store Terroir Cocoa chocolate bars?

Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place at 60-68ยฐF (15-20ยฐC) away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Avoid refrigeration, as condensation can cause sugar bloom. Properly stored, our bars maintain peak quality for 12-18 months.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Are your chocolate bars vegan and nut-free?

Most of our dark chocolate bars (70% and above) are naturally vegan and dairy-free. However, our milk chocolate and white chocolate varieties contain dairy. All products are made in a facility that processes tree nuts, so we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. Check individual packaging for full allergen information.

How can I schedule a farm tour in Ecuador?

We welcome visitors to our Napo Valley estate! Farm tours run Tuesday through Saturday and include a plantation walk, fermentation house visit, and tasting session. Book directly through our website or email tours@terroircocoa.com. Advanced notice of 2 weeks is recommended.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we'll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost.
