This section outlines those rights and explains how you can exercise them.

Understanding Your Rights

Data protection laws grant individuals specific rights over their personal information. Webui respects these rights and has implemented technical and organizational measures to facilitate their exercise. Below, we detail each right and how it applies to our services.

Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This includes information about:

• The categories of data collected
• The purposes of processing
• Categories of third parties with whom data is shared
• The retention period or criteria used to determine it

Right to Rectification

If any of the personal data we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. This is particularly important for account details, billing information, and communication preferences. You can update most information directly through your Webui Dashboard Settings, or contact our privacy team for assistance.

Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You may request the deletion of your personal data when:

• The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
• You withdraw consent (where consent was the legal basis)
• You object to processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest
• The data was processed unlawfully
• Deletion is required to comply with a legal obligation

Right to Restrict Processing

You can request that we temporarily limit how we process your data. Processing may be restricted while we verify accuracy, review legal claims, or determine whether our legitimate interests override your rights. During restriction, we will store your data but will not process it further without your consent or for specific legal purposes.

Right to Data Portability

Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request that we transfer this data directly to another controller where technically feasible.

Right to Object

You may object to the processing of your personal data at any time, particularly for:

• Direct marketing and promotional communications
• Processing based on legitimate interests
• Profiling (including behavioral analytics)

Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

Webui does not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects regarding your account. Where automated systems are used (e.g., usage analytics, security filtering), human review remains integral to any account decisions. You retain the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest such decisions.

Withdrawal of Consent

Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You can manage consent preferences in your account settings or by contacting our privacy team.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a data subject access request (DSAR) or exercise any of the rights outlined above:

1. Use the Dashboard: Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Data to download, update, or delete your information.
2. Email Request: Send a detailed request to privacy@webui.io with the subject line "Data Rights Request".
3. Verification: To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing sensitive requests. We will not ask for passwords or unnecessary credentials.
4. Response Time: We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex or numerous requests may require an extension, which we will communicate promptly.
