Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, your order must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original wholesale packaging.
  • Defects: Manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items shipped qualify for exchange regardless of usage (provided they are returned within 60 days).
  • Documentation: Clear photos or videos of the issue are required to initiate the process.

Non-Exchangeable Items: Custom-branded products (unless a defect is confirmed), clearance/sale items, perishable components, and products modified after delivery.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item SKU, quantity, and photos of the issue.
  3. Receive RMA: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide prepaid return shipping labels for eligible claims.
  4. Ship Return: Package the items securely and drop off at the designated carrier location. Retain the tracking receipt.
  5. Receive Replacement: Once we inspect and approve the return, we will ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days at no additional cost.

Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Orders: Cup Source covers all return shipping costs. No restocking fees apply.
  • Preference Changes/Overstock: Customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply if items are not in resalable condition.
  • Expedited Replacement Shipping: Available for an additional fee upon request.
