Our MOQ varies by product type. For standard paper cups, the minimum is 5,000 units. Custom printed products typically start at 10,000 units. For specialty items like bowls or premium cold cups, MOQ is 3,000 units. We'll provide exact MOQ details in your personalized proposal.
How long does it take from order to delivery? +
Standard production time is 7–14 business days for in-stock products. Custom printed orders typically take 21–30 business days from design approval. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen method. Express production is available for urgent orders at a premium.
Do you offer free product samples? +
Yes! We provide free sample kits for all qualified inquiries. The sample kit includes a selection of our most popular products in various sizes and materials. Simply mention your interest in samples during your consultation call, and we'll ship them out within 2–3 business days.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs? +
We accept AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. For best results, vector files (AI, PDF) with CMYK color mode are recommended. Artwork should include bleed and be at least 300 DPI resolution. Our design team can also assist with file preparation — just let us know during your consultation.
Are your products eco-friendly / compostable? +
